All these solutions can be incorporated with our UI woven labels.

Woven labels with a Security Thread

• Cash's provides two types of anti-counterfeit threads which can be incorporated as an overt or covert solution.
• Both solutions are cost effective and offer a very secure protection against counterfeiting.
• Testing is quick and easy.

Laser Etched Thread

• The security thread incorporated in the woven label is made of a film containing up to 3 lines of text laser etched along its length.
• The laser etched alphanumeric text can be read under X30 magnification.

Fluorescent Thread

• A fluorescent yarn in a specific wavelength is woven into the label in a position known only by the Brand owner and Cash's.
• The authenticity of the garment is checked by using a UV light which will activate the fluorescent yarn.

Covert Chemical Solutions

Cash's chemical security solution can be applied to any kind of materials such as Textile, Paper, Metal, Glass and Plastic.

They provide a covert protection with high degree of security.

Several easy to use testing methods are available to confirm the authenticity of the goods.

DNA Code

The product is marked with a fluid containing DNA. Its authenticity can be tested at 3 levels:

• A UV light detects the presence of a DNA fluid.
• A decoder can read the complex signature produced by the light emitting chemical.
• A laboratory test can read the small encrypted section of the DNA.

Biochemical Code

• The product is impregnated with a non-toxic solution and can be authenticated by a stroke of a special marker pen.
• A pink mark appears on genuine products whilst a counterfeit product shows no reaction to the pen.
• The pink mark is removed with the stroke of neutralising pen.
